Devices can be expected to be fully functional and in excellent condition. These may include minimal imperfections and may have little to no signs of use.
- Physical Appearance:
- Product will appear new at first glance.
- On screen there may be minimal scratches only viewable upon close inspection and light scuffs. No chips or deep scratches.
- On the housing and back there may light scratches and light scuffs. No chips or deep scratches.
- Functionally:
- Fully functioning product
- Battery health in settings will not show “Service battery” message
- 30+ point inspection must be passed
GRADE B
Grade B
Devices can be expected to be fully functional and in good condition. Devices may include light blemishes and minor scratches.
- Physical Appearance:
- Product will appear to be in good used condition.
- Screen may include light scratches and scuffs. No chips or deep scratches.
- Housing and back may include few scuffs and/or dents. Also, may include light discoloration but may not be bent or cracked.
- Functionally:
- Fully functioning product
- Battery health in settings will not show “Service battery” message
- 30+ point inspection must be passed
GRADE B-
Grade B-
Devices can be expected to be fully functional and in fair condition. Devices may include blemishes and scratches on screen and more obvious signs of use on housing.
- Physical Appearance:
- Product will appear to be in fair condition.
- Screen may include blemishes, scuffs and few scratches. No chips.
- Housing and back may include dents, scratches and scuffs. Also, may include discoloration but may not be bent or cracked.
- Functionally:
- Fully functioning product
- Battery health in settings will not show “Service battery” message
- 30+ point inspection must be passed

Grade C
Devices can be expected to be fully functional and in heavily used condition. Device is fully functional and will have scratches and obvious signs of use. (Good product for refurbishing.)

- Screen may include heavy blemishes, scuffs, and scratches.
- Housing and back may include dents scratches and scuffs. Also, may include minor chips and discoloration.
- Paint chipping may be present.
- Functionally:
- Fully functioning product
- Battery health in settings will not show “Service battery” message
- 30+ point inspection must be passed
GRADE D
Grade D
Devices can be expected to have minor functional issues and, in any condition, described above. Device
may include small dents, and/or cracked screen, and/or cracked back.
- Physical Appearance:
- Product may be in excellent, good, or fair condition.
- Screen may include small dents, cracked glass, dead pixels, white spots, and other defects.
- Housing and back may include small dents, cracked glass, discoloration, scratches and other imperfections.
- Functionally:
- Device may have minor functional issues and need light repairs to be fully functional.
- May not have passed 30+ point inspection
